No Target in my area has Revelations for Wii U. They have it for the other systems. Just as they dont have Splinter Cell for Wii U. It's online only. Check before you go.

Thanks. I had scouted my Target in the late morning, and noticed that RE: R wasn't carried. Too bad.

Since I can't wait for 101 I'll end up with Scribblenauts Unmasked, Rayman, and I'm not sure about a third. I have pretty much every other game worth having, except Mario U but I have Luigi U. Decisions, decisions...

Forgive my ignorance, but will there be any new released games in that period?

The Wonderful 101 and Scribblenauts Unmasked will be the two new good games

I'm tempted to go Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3 and Scribblenauts

And for people trying to say they cant think of a third game, you cant seriously tell me you have every game on WiiU and the multiplate games on other systems, the 3rd game is free anyways get something you were planing to get when it was cheaper

There's not 2 games I would even want to pay for. It makes me happy to have sold my Wii U last week for $300. Not to mention that in a month or so you'll be able to get all these games for $20-30 like every other Wii U game has dropped.

Do we know how long this will be going on for? I don't see any dates on that ad.

I want Wonderful 101 and Wind Waker HD but the next Wii U game that I want doesn't come out until a bit later (Arkham Origins, October 25 I think).

If everyone in this thread who says they will pick up W101 as part of this deal next week...

Than Target alone might sell more copies of this game than all of the UK..

This is the mentality that causes people to end up with huge backlogs of crap they never play. No, I don't have every Wii U game, nor do I want every Wii U game. I'm not buying games unless I have the desire and the time to play them.

Same with Splinter Cell, it seems. I haven't seen it for WiiU in many stores.

My local Walmart has a sparse selection of WiiU games, but I visted an out of town Walmart Supercenter yesterday and it was well stocked, including 3 copies of Splinter Cell, Rayman, etc. I was astounded. But I didn't get it, just wanted to check out the state of the games section at that store while on the way to somewhere else. As for Target, well, my local Target is just like my local Walmart sadly. So looks like supercenter stores have room to spare for poorly selling products, or maybe Walmart is just directing shipments to the bigger stores because it's better to consolidate shipments to those stores with more foot traffic. (Yet the Vita was absent save for a little pile of games at the bottom of a display case at the Supercenter just as it was at my local regular Walmart. So if the WiiU doesn't pick up in sales, I worry about what happens.)

Ha, I got so excited I ran out this morning to buy my games.

Obviously, a week early, but got them anyway so I have them. Will adjust price next week.

Pikmin 3
Wonderful 101
Rayman Legends

Super-happy-funtime haul!

I like this post.

FYI, Target may give you grief over doing that. I tried that last year and it got escalated to a manager who still didn't want to do it. I even argued how is it any different than if I return it and rebuy it. Both of the people I dealt with said their price match policy applies to direct pricing listed and not combo offers like B2G1 since that can be a variable price adjustment.

A Shining Example
Just wanted to chime in and say that TRU will be running a similar deal, on all games, next month. I don't have an exact date, but they've done it every year for 10+ years straight now. I pretty much buy all of my games once a year around this deal.

It was my bad, but an honest mistake and the electronics guy assured me I have not one, byt two weeks to privce adjust if necessary. I'll get 'er done. :)

I always have an issue when trying to find Capcom games at my Target. Almost every game they make I rarely ever see there in stock. I was really surprised to see them have MH3U when I got it after release.

I'd pick up NSMBU, NSLU, Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Rayman Legends, and Monster Hunter 3 if I could jump on this deal. Buy 4 get 2.

Super happy that since I bought in early for the console. I can't get this deal with Zelda....

Thanks Nintendo, keep on rocking that awesome early adopter customer satisfaction.

Sure you could argue this is on Target I guess, but they could also released the physical version of the game this week too.

If this is how you feel you probably should refrain from buying any console or electronic device. While others have not purchased a Wii U and have waited you have been able to play it. How is that not fair?

Dude what is your issue? In his post he said get a game you were planning to get anyway for a cheaper price since now it is free.

How is that bad? People are uptight as hell when it comes to the Wii u.

I'll be all over Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Wonderful 101, and Rayman Legends but the last time Target had a B2G1 online, I had the third game cancelled so I'll probably try this in store this time around.

Well I already have Pikmin 3, so I'm thinking I'll go the TW101/Rayman Legends/Zombi U route. Hopefully they'll have all three in stock.

I'm gonna go Rayman Legends/TW101, then a copy of NSBMU to return when Zelda comes out for 40 bucks, then spend 10 more dollars for Zelda. Sweet deal.

Pikmin and Wonderful 101 for sure, but I'm torn between Lego City and Rayman. Since Lego City is a Nintendo game I feel like it will never drop in price, but knowing Ubisoft, Rayman will probably be dirt cheap by Christmas....

Anyone wondering which 3 games they should get:

W101 + Pikmin 3 + Rayman Legends

you're welcome

This is what I'll do, if I do it...since I already own Super Mario U & Super Luigi U. Wind Waker HD 10/4 will be my 6th Wii U game. Then comes Super Mario 3D World and DKTF.

TW101 just showed up in all stores near me.

So Pikmin 3, TW101 and either splintercell(Mers VS Spies really appeals to me) or Rayman(I have it on pc already). I could also return the third game for credit.

Decisions.

That's what I'm thinking. I'd get Rayman but it'll probably be around $20 in 2 months so I can't justify it. I even think Lego City will drop at some point. I'd get ZombiU but it's $20 at Best Buy right now. Nintendoland? $20 on Newegg right now. I really want Wonderful 101. Maybe Pikmin but I've never played one and I'm not sure I'd enjoy it.

I'll probably wait until a full B2G1 across multiple platforms that is sure to come from someone during the holiday shopping season.

Nintendo-published or not, Lego will drop. Not every Nintendo retains value at retail -- I can walk into a Kmart right now and get Other M or Kirby's Epic Yarn for $10-15 each.

Rayman + pikmin + wonderful 101 seems like a good idea for $40 each

But wonderful 101 already is bombing so I see it dropping to $30 range quickly, along with rayman

Mission accomplished. Lady at the counter was very nice; I told her I'd bought the games last Sunday thinking the sale had started, and she did a simple return and re-purchase.

Pikmin, Rayman, and Wonderful 101 are now mine!

Was also surprised to see that they'd sold several copies of 101 in the past week, and their stock of Rayman was completely gone. Made me very glad I'd gone in last Sunday by mistake!

Just got back with Rayman, Pikmin 3 and TW101.
There was a lady there buying the exact games also.

There was actually 1 left of each game after I bought mine. TW101 was in two places on shelves, in the normal Wii U shelves which was empty and on the one facing customers as they passed the electronic section which had 1 copy left. I hope gamers are taking advantage of this deal.

Gaming bliss in the coming weeks. So excited.

Then there is WW HD, Wii party U, Wii fit U, watchdogs, SM3DW, donkey kong and sonic.

I personally would recommend getting the following:

Pikmin 3
Rayman Legends
Zombi U/ Wonderful 101 ( depending on what you fancy)

Nintendoland is also essential for multiplayer fun, screens and videos make it look like an average mini game collection but it really is amazing.

Monster Hunter and Sonic Transformed are also well worth picking up on the cheap.
