On the main site, if you click on the cities now, they change to the following (left to right

Yeah. If you play as Hamuko, you can choose to have Liz or Theo as Igor's assistant.
I don't think those two in the poster are Makoto and Hamuko...

Since it's mulitple announcements i'm guessing we'll see a console P4U2 announcement, P5 and then some sort of spinoff of P3 or 4 for mobile.

Yeah, Hashino himself implied multiple announcements in that interview. I missed his wording there, the first time I read it.

Was P4A2 announced at that time? If not, then that could have been included in the announcements he mentioned and does not necessarily relate to this particular event (though seeing how all eyes are on this, it would make sense to perhaps show off all they have now).
