I really hope this patch solves some issues.

Fortunately I only received the game this Monday, so I didn't suffer from the first weeks issues and so far only played 4 Conquest games.

The first one was very smooth and it went well. 20 minutes after during my 2nd match I was already thinking this is not the disaster some were saying. Well... 50 tickets to go and it crashed.

3rd match also near the end a crash. Yesterday went for my 4th and it crashed again almost near the end and I was doing so well....

It completely removes any desire to play the game when you play it for a long while and near the end it crashes.

One cool thing about next gen is how fast they can deploy patches.

The idea is fine, I think even COD has some sort of counter. It just needs to a little harder. Like I said, I've never once missed a counter. It's like a QTE on casual mode.

Patch sounds good. I had my game lock up twice pulling up battle log. Patches are nice but it's still no excuse to release a broken game. Especially a month after the game comes out.

So i started single player for a second time and again it deleted my save

I tried using the one i have on my USB stick but it fails to recognise it, same with the PS plus save that i tried to use . :-/

It sounds like it may be safe to finally try out the multiplayer. I have been playing everything else I have on the PS4 while waiting for them to fix the bulshit.

Dice said that they changed/altered the save file system. This could be why your file isn't recognized.

Have they fixed the FILTERING issue with Conquest on PS4??

When I attempt to filter the servers, it says no one is playing Conquest, or it was last time I checked.

I've never had any big issues with the game. For 30 minutes last night I couldn't connect to any servers at all. So I jsut played AC4 instead.

Yep

However that also works in game as well ... Sometimes at least.

I just use the browser on the iPad or phone as i just don't feel like dealing with fiddling with settings i don't care about , just so that i could find a server that doesn't have 6 people on it.

I bought it and i've had no issues with it. Plus the China Rising maps that just came out are probably the best maps in the whole game in my opinion.

With this latest patch if you think you'll be playing Battlefield for the next 12 months I'd say it's worth it. Of course your millage my vary, as some people have a lot of technical issues with this game while others (like me) have no issues at all.

I sadly decided to get it last night. Didn't have any problems really but then again I haven't really had problems like everybody else. Played a fair amount of Rush games. It was pretty fun. I enjoyed it.

If you have the China Rising code those maps become available next week so it's probably a good idea to just wait it out and then when the next DLC comes out decide if it's worth it to give them your money. I plan on playing this game for awhile and I enjoy it so I decided to just go all in.

I didn't buy BF3 premium so I can't help you there. I don't have a gaming PC and I didn't enjoy the console version of that game all that much so I never played it enough to justify buying premium.

Compared to the base BF4 maps I'd put Guilin Peaks in China Rising above any other map in the game though, it really is an excellent map and it looks great visually.
