You can actually. The trick is to wrap your right pinkie around the bottom right corner of the 3DS. This takes a lot of weight off of your left hand. You can use your remaining fingers on the stylus.
I was having trouble at first until I figured out I had to do this as well. The pinkie-wrap really does work miracles.
EDIT: Here's the image he was talking about. He has his pinkie wrapped around the entire right side, but whatever.

Use the $3 thumbstrap direct from Nintendo. Works like a second analog but with the accuracy of the stylus. Makes games like KI:U, Dementium, Pokemon XY (Super Training), and MPH a breeze. Lets me wrap all four fingers around the system of both sides, no more wrist cramps, and it's easy to keep the 3D effect. None of that claw-like pinkie hooking nonsense required. It also doubles as a handy wrist strap.

Hmm well... Wario is kind of an anti-hero I think? He did started off as villain, but it was for one game I guess.
I have no idea where Dedede stands at anymore, he started off as a villain but then lately he's been siding with Kirby lol. He's kind of really inconsistent, but I guess I'll count him!

Well Wolf became an anti-hero with Assault and Command. If Mewtwo and Ridley were added to the roster then we could have some more villains, well sort of for Mewtwo.
