Did around 85k in July. So it has some legs in the US.
Splatoon sales ( including digital):
May: 165,000 ( 136,000 withouth )
June: 290,000
July: 85,000 ( 70,000 withouth digital )
August: 60,000

To be fair, it was really close. And Xbox One grew more vs last Aug than PS4. So, that's something I guess.

And Gears was the number 1 seller in UK during its launch week, sold more than Until Dawn so you shouldn't underestimate this franchise.

XB1 won April, by a small margin but win it did. August isn't the biggest month. Two exclusives, however small, released for the console. Best Buy deal happened.
Yea, hindsight is 20/20 but there's no reason that XB1 winning is a crazy prediction.

After some insiders said Xbox sales fell off a lot after the TV promotion ended it was easy to predict PS4. Those remasters were never going to push sales.

Released in September. August is a pre-season.
Until Dawn and Rare Replay seem low... but is hard to say withouth numbers.
I hope that's a good number for Until Dawn
That's good, at least Xbox One is moving foward. It's just that beat PS4 is not a easy thing to do.

I would hope the machine, at a lower price than the previous year, would see growth. I'd say it's more telling of just how much of an appeal the PS4 has to STILL win these months and have the exact same price that it's had since November 2013.

Great! Until Dawn charted! This game just did surprisingly well critically and commercially without anyone expecting it.
Thank God for confirmation. I was still doubting it at first. Now for the numbers.

Koei didn't publish that. Therefore it is inconsequential to share.
More sales equal more devs making more games.
Eh, I'll take whatever I can get. I didn't even think the game would chart at all considering it's nearly nonexistant marketing campaign.
