As with most competitive places with high turnover rates, those places seem to lack the personality, character, and authenticity I look for in a good resteraunt.

Aw that all looks so good. haven't had a proper restaurant adventure for months now. Friends weren't all too thrilled to wait for a table to open up at the new Mission Chinese: NYC but we did get to have breakfast at Okonomi and it was marvelous!
