Horizon is £43 at TGC, if you have reward points laying around it gets even better. Got it ordered for a lovely £38.
Also Wii U version of Zelda is £45 at SimplyGames which is one of the best deals for ordering this late. Having ordered both this week.[

what is TGC exactly?

It's not against their TOS I think?
Not any problems with it, outside of currency obviously (having to get prepaid cards or not, depending on how you do it). Also some DLC can be region-locked.
I've been running alternate region PSN accounts for 5 years without any issue. I play everything on my EU account and buy from other regions every now and then.I'm thinking of setting up a US PSN account on my UK PS4 - are there any inherent downsides to doing so other than it being against Sony's terms of service? Any stories of anyone having their UK account on the PS4 revoked?
I don't imagine I'll be buying that many US digital games (if any), I'm doing this for the specific purpose of using codes for games being released in NA but not in UK.

I wouldn't worry.
I remember Shu Yoshida mentioning in an interview he has several PSN accounts across multiple regions.
Hah, really?! Nice.
Guess I don't need to worry about not being able to play NA/JP games/demos then!

You can even use the same phone number across multiple PSN accounts for 2FA.
Oh ok, I didnt know. Pre orderd it from there, 53 euros total to Spain. Saved me a few euros. The game releases on a Wednesday, can I expect to get to play on the weekend?
I know some places ship one day before the release date, so that people get it on day one. Is this the case? (I know it will take more than a day as I am not in the UK, just want to know in order to not create expectations if they dont.

Dat Henkaku
Looks like only physical in the west and no weird English language Asian version like with Digimon.
Not an English language one.
Japanese release: https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B01HEFSHHG/
Asian (Chinese) release: http://www.play-asia.com/berserk-musou-chinese-subs/13/70a9f7
If it needs more than 3.6 I will have to go with the ps4 version =(.
IS there a physical vita version of berserk? and where?
Probably has to do with this thread: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1327733
It was very wise of me to not take part in that "discussion". After seeing a certain someone posting in this thread I knew what was going to happen. Poor Yian.
Hey guys, used to be a console gamer but then jumped to PC about 5 years ago. Been out of the loop on which online stores to buy for in the UK. I used to get all my games on ShopTo.
I want to buy a PS4 slim and I'm trying to find the best bundles for this console. A 1TB looks cheap on SimplyGames (£219.99). Are there any better offers or stores out there right now I should be looking at? Thanks in advance for any help.
Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY edition PC digital download ONLY £5 AT GAME until Feb 22.
Total no-brainer for me, I was all over that as soon as I saw it on Eurogamer's Jelly Deals.
That's a fine price! There's always going to be better bundles no matter how good your deal is.
Do consider stepping up to a PS4 Pro if you're sporting a 4K screen!
Can you summarize that for me. It is kind of a drag on my phone and I am curious! It was very wise of me to not take part in that "discussion". After seeing a certain someone posting in this thread I knew what was going to happen. Poor Yian.
Hey, as long as Bloodborne is on your list, I have nothing to add. Looks good, man! Jump in! You'll love Yakuza 0, judging from your usernameThanks! Yeah, been debating the jump to the Pro but right now I'm only running a 27" 1080p monitor. There's too many great PS4 (and PS3) games I haven't played so thought I'd finally make some space in my room to fit a PS4. With this in mind I thought I'd get a slim for now and then upgrade to the Pro when I get a decent TV and more space. Looking at:
PS4 1TB Slim
Uncharted Collection
Uncharted 4
The Last of Us
Yakuza 0
Bloodborne
Horizon Zero Dawn
... there's probably others I'm forgetting right now.

honestly if I were you, I'd fork over the extra money to get a Pro with all the Sony games you want to play, regardless of the monitor that you're using
That is a great selection of games. TLOU and Bloodborne are on sale on PSN every now and then, you can save some money getting them there (or waiting a little until they are on sale again). Thanks! Horizon Zero Dawn is the only one that really utilises the Pro's power on his list, so I disagree. Funds aren't infinite and 220 quid is a great price. Leaves some money for games!

I'd rather not, I don't want to lose my account.
The really short version is: someone made a thread about something they liked about the 3 games mentioned in the thread title. At first people were like "yeah, you're right, that's nice." Then a certain post happened and the thread turned into something else entirely. Now it's a graveyard.
Pro is great, but you can wait on it. I love mine, but without a 4K screen it's not a must-buy just yet. Especially if you have a PC too. Thanks, guys. Yeah, I can definitely afford the pro but being mainly a PC player I thought the extra £120 could buy me more games. It also looks like the Pro is hard to buy right now? I'd love the Pro but not sure I can justify it at the minute.
Thanks! Currently checking the prices for some of these games online and remembering just how expensive console games can be, haha. What are the sale prices on PSN usually? Is it better than buying physical?

Games like Bloodborne have been sold for 10-15 pounds on sale. PSN sales are really good, especially with added PS+ discounts. But physical sale prices from retailers like Amazon, Zavvi and ShopTo are usually good too, so you can't really lose either way as long as you avoid high launch prices.
Thanks! Currently deciding if I want to drop £40 on Yakuza 0, especially as I might get Horizon next week at launch. Trying to figure out the best game or games to buy until then. £300 for PS4 Slim 1TB with Yakuza 0 and Horizon seems very tempting.

They're both open-world and considerable timesinks, which might be a little fatiguing. From your list, I'd recommend Uncharted 4 to tide you over until Horizon arrives.
Ive seen Bloodborne for around 10-12 dollars a few times, if I am not mistaken in the last sale they had the GOTY (with DLC) edition for around 15. I got my TLOU in that price range as well. (this is the best game I've ever played)
In Europe the sales are usually not as good as those in the USA, but you can create an account registered in the USA and buy games there. (you might need to buy some US PSN credits for that, in the Buy/Sell thread it's easy to get).
But you are in the UK so you might find good prices for the discs as well.
I think if you don't get a Pro at this point, you're going to regret it, and now with the boost mode, some old games play better (like bloodborn), specially at 1080p
With boost mode and all the bells and whistles of Pro supported games like TLOU, Uncharted, Horizon, Last Guardian, and so on, I think it's worth the extra money for sure and you won't regret the purchase later on like you will with the original PS4.
As a pc gamer you'll also like the improved IQ and more stable frame rates. If you can get a good deal for the Pro, go for it.

Also, mad how Gravity Rush 2 is still so expensive. TLG tanked in price so hard, so I was sort of expecting the same with this. Hell, it's not even available from Amazon directly (non-warehouse).
Yakuza 0 (PS4) has decreased from £39.99 to £39.57
It begins! Maybe I'll grab it...

I've been thinking the exact same thing for weeks. I snapped up TLG for £25 two weeks after it launched, and was hoping GR2 would be the same, but here we are. I'm actually starting to worry that I might not get a physical version of the game at this point unless I splash out a ridiculous amount of money. Same goes for Nioh.
