Easy enough to place an preorder on Amazon, get the code, and then cancel the order, but if people aren't able to do that for whatever reason I have a few codes to give out as well.

Sup guys, I haven't played since TTK released and want to jump back in with ROI and upcoming D2. What things do I need to do and know?

Currently level 40 - light 310 on all three guardians. (Titan, Warlock, Hunter)

Any of the old XB1 peeps still raiding?

I watched that. It was a good video. I am just watching all his Lore videos because I'm thirsty. He also is doing a podcast thingy called Xplore (I think). So I'll be good until May 18th.

Also, it is great to watch while you attempt to get any armour in the Raids since I've run Crota twice this week and no armour drops.

Damn, that was close. I was sure we couldn't do it within the time limit by the two of us. I was also sure we couldn't finish this week's Nightfall strike at all due to the beginning section, but the Daybreak modifier changed that. It was pretty fun, when I was constantly throwing grenades and shooting with the golden gun, while my friend was keeping the bubble on.

  2. Finish the House of Wolves missions and get the queen rank to 3 (I think). Boom, free weird exotic scout rifle.
  3. Run the alternative ending for the TTK mission Lost to Light. Get a crazy powerful exotic sniper rifle.
  4. Complete a bunch of Sunrise bounties every week. RNG will net you the Y3 Icebreaker.
  5. Finish the Rise of Iron questline, this will reward you with a cool looking but relatively pointless exotic sword.

We need more NFs like this week's. We had it down to 9 minutes last night. Fun & fast (I'd agree a little too fast, but I'm short on game time lately)

The Nexus strike a few weeks back was also incredibly fast with arc burn and specialist. Just take a good arc sniper and the Necrochasm and you could chew through that strike in 7 minutes.

How can you get the ornaments for the Necrochasm and Mythoclast? Only from Treasure of Ages mystery boxes or do they drop from Crota's End and Vault of Galss?

Does anyone on Xbox need to (or would like to) run the Outbreak Prime quest? I have the monitors but haven't started the Be the Battery part at all. Can run tonight or maybe Friday night/Saturday during the day. Message me at GT Holden Cawffle if you're down!

Feel like I missed the boat on this quest when it was the hotness back in the day. :(

Edit: CrudeDiatribe might run hunter or Tian on Outbreak Prime with me tonight, just need a 3rd. Help a brother out!

I feel you, my friends helped me get the monitors to start the quest then stopped playing. Been sitting on the first step since, haha.
Unfortunately I'm on PS4 so can't help you out, sorry. Hope you are able to get it done.

So I just did the Nightfall for the first time in... probably a year. Man, Daybreak made that really really easy. Gunslinger + Celestial Nighthawk just nearly straight up vaporized the boss.

I still need to do it two more times though but I gotta gear up my other two characters first.

I have everything except the gauntlets from Crota's End for my Hunter so I improvised with the Mongrel Ogre's Grasps which looks like it could be part of the set (w/ ornaments on everything). They also have +Reload Speed for Pulse Rifles which goes in tandem with my +Ammo for Pulse Rifle Crota's End chest piece.

Speaking of Pulse Rifles, I am surprised how much fun I've had using the Adept Oversoul Edict.

Also got the Adept Fang last night to complete my Crota's End weapon collection.

Taken King is on sale on NA PSN, Decided to dust off my copy(quite literally actually), and jump back in. Getting ready for the ramp up to 2. Hopefully they drop Iron in half too, soon.
