In terms of ability he has a way to go but Pep is clearly trying to mould him on Cruyff and he is improving rapidly. He will play a central playmaking role with decent pressing and interception, play the backline, dribble down the wings, quick one twos in a number 10 position, move into a striker role, and perfect weight on crosses/free kicks/corners. Can't think of a player that has been used in such a carbon copy manner and good at it. Obvious big thing he misses is the quality of dribbling.
