I've already played the Last Guardian. I've become it. I AM the last guardian. Anything sony does with that game from this point forward will be nothing other than a mere reflection of a reality I've already experienced in both the mental and physical world according to the time line I'm currently perceiving. At first I thought none of this made sense but then I re-watched the trailer from years ago and realized that it's not that Sony hasn't released another one for us to see. It's that we weren't seeing what was already there. After that I continued to embrace the thought that maybe time hasn't passed at all since the last time I was anticipating the title. If I'm actively waiting for something from second to second, even when I'm not, does that mean that not a second went by the last 5th of my life when I wasn't waiting to experience something I could experience any time I wanted? I continued to play with the idea that maybe Sony has already released the last guardian. Maybe we've all played it. Everyone loved it. And then hated it. And then it was voted gaf game of the year. Polygon gave it 7. But the point is we played it. If you accept this to be true then you're probably thinking that's impossible because we haven't even seen it. But that's what you guys don't understand. Project Morpheus fits in with this perfectly. I began to continue thinking about this when my head hit the pillow and I thought, what if we haven't just played it once? What if we've anticipated and played the last guardian more than once? How many games has Team Ico released in the last 5-8 years. Think about it and I mean think about it. It all adds up. Perception is one thing but this is overwhelming. I'm in no way concluding that Sony has figured out a way to release the same game over and over, a game which manages to alter our perceptions of the very fabric of reality and time every single time that we play it. Keeping us in a perpetual loop of hype and excitement. Perhaps this is what is meant by manufactured hype. What does Sony gain with this and where does Morpheus fit in and are there any other clues or games or evidence that add to this. IMO the evidence is overwhelming but one thing still keeps me up at night. What do they have to gain? Whatever, regardless of what's true and what isn't, I'm really hyped for the game and I already have it pre-ordered. It's gonna be amazing.
