Apparently if he brings it up and says he doesn't like it he's gonna get locked out of sex by his gf because it hurts her feelings.

It sounds like she's trying to spice up the sex by being more vocal and instead of going along with it your preoccupying your thoughts with the genuineness of her reactions. It could stem from other underlying issues you might have with her. If not that than you seem to be a little reserved in the bedroom. If you have to concentrate while having sex then that means your aren't being in the moment.

People do change and people do like to try new things. I would suggest telling her what you would like to be called while having sex if "good boy" doesn't sit well with you. It'll come off as being kinky and sexy instead of having "a talk"

Saying that after every time we have sex just doesn't seem right.
