What setup are you running? Also what settings and FPS.
I have a 7970 so I'm curious.
I'm running Gsync so I don't think DSR is supported yet with SLI and Gysnc at the same time. This what you looking for?
yay this is good to hear.Well I'll be damn... Rockstar actually made a good GTA PC Port!
I'm on a i5-4670k 3.40ghz, 16gb of ram and a 2gb GTX 770.
By default it put it in a mix of high and very high settings.
I ended up jacking everything up to the max (except no MSAA) and textures à High instead of medium and I'm stable between 60 and 70fps.
2 questions. I have everything at very high, using gtx980.
- i have half of my alloted 4 GB vid ram used. should I keep raising things until i get close to the 4GB limit?
- should FXAA be on along with MSAA?
If you turn off PCSS, do you reckon you can get a solid 60?
can anyone report high refresh rate gsyn/freesync performance?
Does GTA V use DX11 or DX12?
How's the situation at 30? Can you get a stable framerate with high settings?Bah, my aging GTX 570 can't really keep up with this game because it's paltry 1.28GB VRAM. Wanted to get PS4/XB1 quality visuals at 1080/60 but that's not possible.
Welp, crash on launch.
Sometimes it gets into the social club screen....and then.... crash.
Graphics settings have DX10, DX10.1, and DX11.

DSR is not supported yet with SLI regardless of Gsync. I've been downsampling by manually changing refresh timing.
Fuck thatI can't believe this just happened.
- Deleted Linux from my SSD last night to make room for GTAV.
- Forgot that Linux's bootloader, grub, overwrites the Windows boot manager.
- Can't boot into Windows, as the boot manager doesn't exist anymore, or Linux as it doesn't exist at all.
- Break out my Windows USB stick...forgot I formatted it for something else.
- Break out my Linux USB stick...download Windows 10 iso and mount to Windows USB stick.
- Boot into Windows USB stick and repair boot manager.
Not really a big deal, but the download from Microsoft kept flucuaitng down into the KB/s at points, driving my blood pressure through the roof.
I'd honestly like to lock the framerate at 30, because right now it fluctuates between 40-50FPS.
so, I'm having a weird and annoying glitch where the game keeps pausing on me. anyone else had this problem?
