HerO got in Polt's ahead from all the blink stalkers. Not getting forges was smart since it let him get extra units.

He didn't do enough when he pushed the natural. herO killed too much of his army. Its better to get more Vikings and have the SCVs tank in that situation over the Medivacs.

If Polt got the Immortals it would have at least been worth it.
