That giant ape with a banana on a string. :lol
Can't wait.

Genius.
The sense of humor in this series is great.

My body is ready.
What's the consensus on Baldur's Gate EE? I have an iPad Mini - does it feel/dialog text menu's cramped? Bugs?
For the record, i have the old ones on disc. Considering this as it's most accessible when I'm outside for some RPG goodness.
Saw this on the IOS GAF boardgame thread:

Was about to buy the app... now, I think I'd rather wait.or not
The music in Robot Unicorn 2 makes me question why they bothered making Robot Unicorn 2
Team Rainbow
I chose....poorly.
Hey now, I'm on Team Rainbow. Think you'll find it is the only correct choice.
Is there any fail safe plans for the online battles? since you can pay tears to swap teams, inferno might be stacked forever.
I am on rainbow <3

Default music is good, but you're crazy if you think it's better than Limahl's classic! ( )I honestly prefer the default new music then the DLC stuff, it's really cool.
Really? I'd never heard of it before. Was it in a movie?https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/robot-unicorn-attack-2/id541672969?mt=8
"top in-app purchases" no suprises on top
I was, then I chose back. Now it seems I'll choose back again, only because I want to be on the side you're onHey now, I'm on Team Rainbow. Think you'll find it is the only correct choice.
So true. People bitching about a free game. It's absurd.can't wait for Star Command to come out so I can visit this thread w/o seeing people just nagging about RU2
There are few non-music/rhythm games where music is absolutely integral to the game's allure, but the original Robot Unicorn was certainly one of them. I wouldn't have given that game a second look if it weren't for Erasure's Always. But in combination with a robot unicorn getting its head blown off and the rainbow graphics, it spoke so, so much to the tone of the game. What do you mean?

In the sequel, it's just some boring, non-lyrical song. It's nothing. Background music at its dullest. Completely neuters the tone, makes it pointless.
Don't get me wrong, the graphics are improved, the gameplay is pretty much identical... I just don't see the point in the sequel if you're not going to even try to recreate or improve upon the tone.
I hope Warhammer kills it so we can get some 40k on iOS in the future
Pinball Arcade
The latest update is supposed to add iCade compatibility, but I can't get it to work. Has anyone else tested it and got it working?
It's an option you have to flip on from the main settings. Scroll down and you'll see it.
Talisman not having cloud saving is bullshit. Now all my progress I've made is tied to my phone.
I also bought Stone Age and its excellent. Only universal, iCloud enabled (or at the very least, some server side MP interaction like Carc) board games will get my money.
For the dude who was asking for Catan-likes: Stone Age, Carcassonne, Puerto Rico, and Tigris & Euphrates to a lesser degree.

Alliances are shattering, and hasty diplomatic treaties are made in secrecy. A confrontation of the superpowers seems inevitable only the outcome of the galactic conflict remains to be seen. Which faction will emerge victorious and rule the galaxy?

Cool been waiting a long time for Eclipse so I'll take the plunge.
This is the main view you will be seeing a lot of.
Apparently it is based on this. Given how complex the ipad version is, I can only imagine how many little bits and pieces there must be involved in it.
Expanded menus. It looks worse than it is.
Battle scene! You are restricted to selecting your ships and the targets. You can also retreat if things are looking bad.
Detailed first impressions about Eclipse
I wouldn't have given that game a second look if it weren't for Erasure's Always.
If anyone is interested, this is the (imho cool) game that unexpectely comes out tomorrow (was scheduled mid May).
Steve Jackson's Sorcery.

That Eclipse game looks cool.
Can anyone recommend all the best board games that have:
a) local multiplayer that can be played within an hour
b) asynchronous multiplayer across ipad and iphone.
They don't need to fulfil both points.

My first iOS game, Cosmic Conquest is out now!
It's a fast paced strategy/RTS game and it's a UNIVERSAL APP!
I'd really love you guys to check it out and give me any feedback
It's pretty cool to be posting about my own game here instead of just reading about all the others!
