It looks impractical as fuck. Sure, it looks cool enough, but I always thought Jean-Paul Valley's batsuit in Knightfall was already too cumbersome. This is taking it to a whole new level. Also, it can do without the extra pair of arms (claws?)

In short, Bane probably will make short work of Bats if he insisted in wearing this monstrosity.
