Steam Gardens is the most non-Mario sounding track I've ever heard in a Mario game, and it's absolutely phenomenal.

The vocal main theme is also great, it's exactly the crazy and unexpected stuff I want from Nintendo.

Think of it as the Gotham City in Batman: The Animated Series. Art Deco mixed with 1930's blimps but late 20th Century technology. NDC is a mish-mash of themes, though it can't be placed in a particular time period.

It's nice, it's interesting to see Nintendo stick with the Big Band/Swing them for mario. I was nice call back to mario 64 when I heard the music in 3d world. I think Big band/Swing really works with mario.

There are overlays of Mario 64 and 3d world tracks to hear just how similar they are. Let me see if i can find one..

It actually has a very varied sound track, I really like it the intro gives a galaxy vibe to it as well. This is going to be soo good.
