Bit of an update as I got myself a Dual Shock 4 last weekend (I did not see these games mentioned in the OP):

That's correct. I don't miss rumble really (at least not yet), but I had to buy a 3 metre micro USB cable and it's a bit of a pain keeping it plugged in as I have an 11 month old boy who's currently into climbing and grabbing everything, so keeps going for the cable. But the controller is so much better that I accept these things as a reasonable payoff.

Still worth it, especially for shooters. Borderlands 2 plays like a dream with the DS4.

EA Sports MMA works, but the lack of rumble makes submissions a bit tougher.

I've updated the list from the OP, and I've made a few amendments because I'm a bit of a pedantic prick. I'll keep adding to this by trying a few different games each night where I can. Also thought it would be useful to have a record of those that don't work at the bottom.
Not to be a party-pooper, but wouldn't it be easier to create a list of incompatible games?
Anyway, like everyone else here I very much hope Sony eventually brings full DS4 support to PS3 so it can be used in wireless mode, too. Since BT is downwards compatible, that should be possible, shouldn't it? And they could simply map 'select' and 'start' to 'share' and 'options'.
Anyone want to start a twitter campain and bug the usual suspects? #DS4onPS3

Uh, no. Look above you; there's a list of probably upwards of 150 compatible games, and about 16 or 18 incompatible games. Based on that your comment makes no sense.
Errm.. because of that, it proves his point? Most games work so making a list of games that DONT would be easier, and more useful.

Yeah, I completely misunderstood the context and humbly apologise.
However, I think it's good to clarify either way if a game works, so people looking for information can find a definitive answer as opposed to a vague assumption.

It seems you cannot do anything in those log walking sections, although they can still be completed without using the Sixaxis waggle bullshit.
I've just played the demo and it worked fine. Might be different in the full game, but I think it's safe to presume it won't be.
The list hasn't been updated in awhile.
Can we get a mod to update the list or change OPs?

I beat the demo just fine with my DS4. I don't even own a working DS3.
