Maybe it's because of the delay?Can somebody help me to find why?
I received the money back to my wallet and the message says I can pre-order again if I want.
This is the first time that happens to me.
I'm actually waiting for the same thing to happen to me with South Park. They e-mailed me over a week ago asking if I wanted to cancel or keep (and that it would auto-cancel if I didn't respond). Still no refund.
Also, PS live chat support never seems to work for me.
Since the chat never worked I called them last week, and they said the people in back who handle refunds were backed up, but to expect it this week. Almost Friday tho.I contacted them, they put in a manual ticket for the refund, and gave me the usual 3-5 business days business. That was on Monday, so still nothing yet.
Thanks guys... I just found it weird.
