Prepordered it last month, now that we are a few days from release date I got an email from Game to pay for it. Done. Does anyone know if Game (Spain, is possible) usually ship the games earlier? Or at least if I will probably get it on release day?

No there isn't and this is an issue for Microsoft to resolve. Konami have already discussed this and it's out of their hands.
