Yeah, Zane's voice was fantastic and he lent the character much, much more personality. I understand that he's expensive and possibly crazy, but he sounded SO good.

Haha. What the fuck happened to this series? Goddamn Nomura and his convoluted bullshit. I remember playing through the first Kingdom Hearts and really enjoying it. It was a lot of fun to travel through all of those Disney worlds, but wow... it looks like they really abandoned the Disney part and put the zipper-porn animu part into overdrive.

Yeah, BBS looks like it's very possibly going to have as much Maleficent involvement as KH1 or even more. Which is great, she ought to remain one of the primary villains in the series even if [whoever the hell happens to be Xehanort at the time] is the "main" villain throughout all the games so far. She just had a little side story in KH2 about taking over that castle toward the very end, so I'm hoping BBS lets her seriously chew some carpet and that KH3 will have a lot more of her as well.

The story in KH2 turned to pure shit. It's by far the most contrived drivel that I've ever witnessed in a video game.
And before anyone says anything about Metal Gear Solid, at least that game has cool characters. Not a bunch of guys in trench coats with spiky hair.

Yeah the KH story line went off the deep end right after you beat the final boss in KH1 (just before the final cutscenes)....anything after that is just a big WTF in my mind...love the KH style though, great visual design

I didn't find the original Kingdom Hearts that complicated. It was pretty cut and dry. Kingdom Hearts II is when stuff really went off the deep end. Multiple Ansem fakeouts in addition to the introduction of Nobodies, it just made the whole thing way too dense.
At least Metal Gear Solid has a good cycle going.

Btw I am kinda surprised that there didn't even leaked one video of the game on youtube yet...
Anyhow here's hoping with get a Western release date today or tommorow (the Western release date of 358/2 Days was also announced on the Japanese release of 358/2 Days
