As a PC owner, I do care.
I won't complain about Dark Souls 2, but if there's a better PC version I'll just buy that (for <15). So for me exklusives like the inFamous DLC are the clear highlights of PS+.

My backlog increases with each month due to PS+ Japan & US. Too bad Duke Nukem is the Vita version and not PS3 as well.

Just make sure your conditioning to check once a month is not the day the new month goes live.
Just FYI, the games are now available on the USA PSN store. They don't appear publically, but just search for them and they'll show up with the PS+ discount and all

Boring sidequests? Maybe, especially the "stencil art" banksy wannabe ones. But I didn't mind doing all the sidequests (I did 100% ;P) cause they were short and easy to get to, unlike Assassin's Creed...
At least First Light is based on the Conduit with the best power in the game.
