What is better, Ratchet and Clank, Jax and Dexter, or Crash?
Well I never could get into Jak when I tried it back when it first released (I'll give it another shot once the ps2 on ps4 ports come out and are available on a decent sale) so for me, the order goes Crash (PS1) > Ratchet > Jak

It's great hearing such a clean, improved version of these talking head cutscenes. The originals are seared into my brain, but even as a kid the low sound quality was really grating to listen to.

What is better, Ratchet and Clank, Jax and Dexter, or Crash?

Ratchet and Clank is a mission based Action-RPG(lite)-Platformer.

Jak and Daxter is an Open World, mission-based Platformer.

Crash is a linear 2D/3D Platformer.

In terms of which I'm a bigger fan of, Ratchet and Clank is the more well rounded, interesting franchise of the three. Crash is the more fun-gamey one. And Jak and Daxter as a whole doesn't hit the highs of either super well, but still a favorite.

Activision says there will be a special Crash announcement at E3:

CRASH BANDICOOT N. SANE TRILOGY

We’re rolling out the orange carpet (literally!) to bring the Crash N. Sane Experience to E3 attendees in the South Hall Lobby where players will be able to get their hands on the retro-tastic and remastered Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. Word is that Crash Bandicoot himself will be there, ready and waiting for you to take a selfie with him and populate your social media channels.

The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is available for preorder now, and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for a special Crash announcement during E3!

The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will be playable at the Crash N. Sane Experience in the South Hall Lobby. Just look for the orange carpet!

Jak and Daxter 1 is pretty good. Crash 1-3 are nice if a bit rough (1 mostly) and Crash 3 has shades of issues that would pop up in later Jak and Daxter games (polished overall albeit unfocused on any particular mechanics set).
PS2 Ratchet and Clank is awesome R&C 1 is a damn great adventure and my favorite of all of the games (even if the shooting is more awkward than later entries). Though Crash 2 is a close second.
