Is Amnesia pigs worth it? I heard it was short and I haven't yet played the first one.

The writing is great but it removes a lot of the mechanics that made the first game so terrifying. Would actually recommend playing it first and then going back to the first game because unlike most sequels it removes elements rather than adding them. Very much worth playing through though.

I own the game on PC and my regret is not buying it for my PS4. I read online on how the game uses the voice and light feature of the controller. Great game though even on PC.

It's completely linear and a slightly scarier version of Dear Esther.

Play the first one.

It's okay. The story isn't quite as good and it's shorter. The first one is better in every way, in my opinion.

I'd recommend at least trying the first one to see if you like it before buying a machine for pigs.
