Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will add E. Honda, Lucia, and Poison on August 4, according to a new trailer posted on the game’s Steam page. A new stage, “Honda Sento,” will also be available. On August 5, Capcom will release a “Summer 2019 Character Bundle,” which does not include certain costumes and the Honda Sento stage.

The announcement of these characters was likely planned for Evo 2019, an annual tournament dedicated exclusively to fighting games that will run from August 2 to 4 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Lucia is an interesting and obscure choice. Her new default looks weak but once again the nostalgia costume fixes that. Curious to see how she plays.

Since when could you knock characters into other parts of the stage? I only remember some "finishers" where you'd see a unique ending if you finished the match by knocking them into the edge on certain stages.

I really was hoping this would be the time for the next game to be announced. The game remains the same because the mechanics are what they are, still not entertaining enough for me to watch.

EVO 2013-15~ videos have been popping up in my recommended videos and I find them as great they were back when it happened. I still remember watching EVO 2009 on uStream with the grand finals reset and everything.

I think it's regional. In USA, she's post-op trans, in Japan she just tucks it back.

Well if there's one consolation on my end, at least it gives her a chance to show up in the next game and not as part of SFV's end period. =P

Nice. I’m probably one of the only few people that played ff3 and remember Lucia. She kind of reminds me of a sexier version of Jill Valentine’s default outfit. I wouldn’t mind getting back into this game eventually to try out the new characters, but 99% of players online are probably near tournament players so I don’t know.
