Anyway, it goes without saying that the game looks amazing, and liable to be among the best that the Vita catalogue has to offer. Good work MediaMolecule you crazy kooks. I wish they kept it as a single main character though, and not two versions of the same one. It dilutes the mascot potential.

So pumped for this game. November 22nd is pretty amazing indeed even if Super Mario 3D World doesn't come here until week later. This and Link Between World symbolize the great handheld gaming year we have had.

I'm going guess he means does it have good platforming mechanics. Media Molecule made Little Big Planet afterall and I thought it was a god awful platformer but a wonderful creative tool

Nah, the Vita hardware is utterly integral to the experience. It's not a game that would work on any other platform, at least not without wholesale changes to the design.
Thread title should be changed, btw. Feels disrespectful to both games, and the comparison is meaningless.

Does anyone know why this game is already downloadable from a ps3 but not on vita? It says something about the payment process not being complete. Is it possible to install pre-orders on vita at all?

I don't really know how dependable SimplyGames are, but I purchase stuff often from ShopTo, and they will deliver to you the game a day before release, not to mention it's the same price at £19.85 and it includes the Jukebox DLC.

I'm hoping for an up-port on PS4 before buying that game, 30FPS just ruins it for me.
That game is three years old though so I don't think we can count it among this years releases, even if the 3DS version got extra levels.

I know we're getting OT, but FWIW I think it counts if NSLU does, as it's a revamp/DLC of NSMBU. (I love both games, though.)
