Bit of an off the topic question, but I've been wondering as a european: Which city (or state?) in the us the most left leaning, open to refugees, PoC and muslims?

The most liberal states are Washington, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Minnesota, and California.

But every large city and the majority of university towns are welcoming to refugees, PoC, and Muslims. It's rural areas in every state that aren't as welcoming.
