Why?I like Platinum, but slow the fuck down you guys.

You can't ask for the same amount of depth, polish and content in what are essentially low budget games made fast. Scalebound and Nier Automata will be AAA games in the vein of Bayo (2), Vanquish, Rising and W101 (three games that were nothing like Bayonetta by the way).
These licensed games are a different kettle of fish. For such a game, Devastation was actally pretty damn deep and complex.
If it keeps Platinum in business and leads to games as fun as Devastation, you won't hear me complain.
Transformers check
TMNT check
Now Platinum needs to make:
G.I. Joe
Street Sharks
Beast Wars
Power Rangers
Big Bad Beetleborgs
Masked Rider
Gundam Wing
Outlaw Star
Cowboy Bebop
Evangelion
Batman Beyond
We answered this question! It's the IDW versions probably!
My ideal design for the Turtles is the meeting of the comic originals and the 80's cartoon:
Which is also sort of what a lot of the old toy boxes had their art basis in:
I'll waiver my "few shitty minigame segments" stance due to a Turtle Van segment being absolutely fucking mandatory.

As a fan of the 80s show I really love the nick version. It's easily my favorite cartoon series of all timeStuff looks good. I really like the current Nick designs as well.
I'll bet money it's the 80s cartoon.
Platinum seems to identify itself with Saturday morning cartoons quite a bit (whole basis of W101) and look at the TFers game they made.

I wouldn't really consider any platinum game AAA as far as budget. Especially not vanquish, rising, and w101. They make games on a budget, and these licensed games on an even tighter budget than their original games.
They have like 180 employees IIRC, they can handle itI like Platinum, but slow the fuck down you guys. How big is their studio to be working on all of these different games?
They look fine in the arcade games. Nick versions are goofier.Ehh, the 80's cartoon have really weird body shape.
Agreed would love to see the mutanimals make a cameo as wellYea, I think it's a good show as well. I hope its based off that if this game is for real.

The problem Will be when Activision Will propose them just to make a COD map.
Activison going all in with Platinum for licensed games
Now I await the inevitable Platinum Deadpool game
Are Platinum just super cheap or what?

At least its a more natural fit than Transformers.
The arcade games sorta had their own build though, they look similar to the 80's cartoons sure but they actually don't look like a mish-mash of dough. They look fine in the arcade games. Nick versions are goofier.

I was just about to post this. This is most likely the character design for the game.
Yeah, haven't been a big of the Turtles since...3rd grade, so I'm skeptical. Transformers was mediocre if you aren't a Transformers fan. I think TMNT has more potential for an action game, but at the end of the day, I'm worried we'll get more Bayonetta-lite.

TF wasn't mediocre at all. It was fucking good, espescially for the licensed budget game that it was.

I think some feel its mediocre because of the bland level design. While it's cool to get lost in the stylish action P* Games gives us. It all still feels lite in the ass.
I expect this TMNT to get the same treatment.

Boggles my mind that games are still being made for 10-year old hardware (360) and 9-year old hardware (PS3).
What the fuck.
LOL

Yeah, and even farther with PS1. I remember THPS3 and 4 in PS1.
