Actually, that would be "Mal Residente". Which ties in close enough to the Brazilian sub-title of the movie ("O Hóspede Maldito"). ;)

I always thought that Resident Evil was Maldad Residente, meaning that there was evil in the house the game was about

fake edit: Huesped maldito is kind of ok.

Of course that went out the window the moment the sequels abandoned the mansion, but that also happened to the english title.


Metal Gear Solid is also a stupid title in english. Same thing with Guilty Gear. You have to go to Gears of War to find a gear based title that makes sense.

There's nothing wrong with heavy rain and dragon quest in spanish. Or God Hand.

Kingdom is the qualifier of hearts, not the other way round.

Some titles are just stupid or nonsense, in any case mgs should be Ingranaggio metallico solido ,

viandante(if walker is intended as a person and not as a mech ) della pace = peace walker
