Actually, "Left 4 Dead" would be "Deixado para Morrer" in Portuguese.

I'm guessing that's the equivalent for "Dejado para Morir", it does work but I guess where I'm from "Dado por Muerto" sounds a little bit better. It depends on the place I guess. Either way, the similarities are the same. I'm guessing the italian version can also be changed accordingly.
