Rhe 3DS was priced too high but the WiiU was sold at a loss. They probably couldn't properly afford it unti now.Maybe Nintendo should choose their prices more smartly when they launch their products next time around? Then again they decided to drop price when their products are just about to get an influx of games people actually want to play.
And you can get one with a Zelda game, that's going to mean something to alot of people.Still $50 too high IMO, but it does put a $100 gap between PS4 and Wii U which might matter to some people.
Vita for 100 dollars less or a Ps4 for 100 dollars more
Nintendo is in a terrible position

Finally...this plus the holiday lineup should help them move units.
So I guess no one will buy one for the next 3 weeks now, eh?

Did Nintendo not read your thread?
Here comes the Ambassador program 2.0!
Why would you announce this a month in advance, instead of with immediate effect? Surely sales are just going to tank even more for the next month, whilst everyone waits for the price drop?
Still, good to see them taking steps to turn this thing around. Fingers crossed for Ambassador Program 2.
Content will help drive sales as well.<15%. Very small price cut considering how bad sales have been.
