It also helps that every character are all pretty lovable in their goofiness. Having a cast full of idiots is easy, since most harems already do it, but making you actually care about them is another story.

Huh, it's been a while since it rained indoors.
's funny, I could remember the president's 'real' name despite only looking it up once 8 years ago, but I couldn't remember a single damn one of the developments in the last 10 chapters (aside from the obvious happy ending). Gonna assume that the way it played out was significantly different from the anime. Probably for the best if so, since some of those moments wouldn't have had the same impact if I'd remembered them.
Very enjoyable read overall, despite the poor release quality. Characters were definitely the strongest point, save for the 1-girl-harem of a heroine, who lost most of her potential by having any development spread across her personalities, with the net result that all 5 of them were pretty underwhelming. HM to the comedy for being amusing enough to hold my attention through the slower parts, without being so heavy-handed that it detracted from the more serious scenes.
Also I'm pretty sure I can legit shipthe president Erika and Tamami the president now. Glad to see them both rank highly in the second character poll.

So far all 4 jump start manga's have been trash. I hope they don't pick one up and just wait till the next round. The manga by the reborn author is passable but it's a short series isn't it?
