No, it's not a mini. A mini has 3-7 original (not previously released or remixed) songs, and 7 is rare, and this has 9.

T-ara's Breaking Heart was my favorite (it's a repack, just a few songs on top of Absolute First) but Kara's Revolution always rivaled it and I think has surpassed it now. It seems that people who like T-ara's music will like Kara's music and vice-versa, which is funny because the members of the two groups are close and keep becoming better friends.

Well, I like a few of Kara's songs but I was very disappointed with Revolution. Their style kind of resembles SNSD imo, in that most of the tracks are kind of cutesy but not that catchy. Breaking Heart is numero 1 for me, forgot about the repackage.

Hyunah has a unique look. I like it. I liked her orange hair too on Invincible Youth, but brunette is jjang.

The GD&TOP album is really good. So good that a decent Big Bang album come 2011 will seem like an amazing embarrassment of riches. The TOP solo songs are superb and crazy.

noooooooooooooooooooooooo :'( </3

i think Kara's revolution is my favourite album too. i somehow only just noticed that girls talk is pretty much the same album but in japanese :lol The T-ara album is growing on me though, and Temptastic is really good.

i also listen to 4minute's diamond and 2ne1's to anyone a lot, but they are a different style, and i prefer the kara/t-ara type stuff

the mini-album thing in k-pop is cool because it means you get more tracks more often, but its a pain on your ipod because you need to keep switching albums every 10/20 minutes.

She totally deserves it. She almost single-handedly saved that show in the awkward period after they switched out 3 members and Taewoo went on extended leave.

Maybe I will listen to Revolution again. I jsut didn't find that many songs that I enjoyed, and I really wanted to.

Breaking Heart however, almost perfect. I never thought I would enjoy a female Korean rapping, but when they rap, especially Hyomin, I get a big smile on my face. She looks so cute when she raps :lol

aww that 4minute jingle bells is cute

as expected, T-ara's sounds like someone got drunk and went mad in the studio :lol

i dont know about one website, but i noticed a lot of the fan sites have MVs with subtitles, showing both the romanised Korean and translation. i prefer not to watch them though and stick to what i made up in my head that they were saying

Best part of the SBS Daejun was f(x) joining up with Shinee on stage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qTCNwx8VDY

The first half is just SHINee, with lots of mic problems, but then f(x) comes and makes 'Lucifer' fuck awesome with Luna singing and the girls rapping etc.

I enjoyed the 2NE1 Go Away performance just for CL literally beating a guy down! http://vimeo.com/18270071 ... and they say asian pop fulfills fantasies of submissive women.

With all the creepy-protective fans IU has these days, I'm surprised they had her do "Like a Virgin" with Nicole. :lol

Still, its not as bad as Jessica & Krystal covering Kesha's Tik Tok and singing the immortal line "boys trying to touch my junk"
:lol ...and all the drinking references. Krystal was 15 at the time.

My friend is visiting her family in Korea over the holidays and says she got me IU's album for Christmas! :D

It was good, the lineup was slightly different, the performances were different and there were quite a few cover versions of western songs.

Secret did another remix makeover:

Its nice seeing After School wearing various rock t-shirts when they performed with DJ DOC

Ga-In's new single 'Bad Temper' is out and she's now responsible for two of the most refreshing k-pop singles of the year. Amazing!

They have said many times that they want the whole jazzy aspect to be their signature sound. I just hope the chorus for this one involves more than one word repeated over and over.

SNSD makes the top 50 powerful Korean leaders list of Asia Today http://www.allkpop.com/2010/12/snsd-named-on-asia-todays-list-of-50-korean-power-leaders-for-2011 --- and Kim Yuna on first! With 9 politicans and businessmen behind her, incredible

.. and they make the top 10 of Korea by the Wall Street Journal http://blogs.wsj.com/korearealtime/2010/12/30/koreas-top-10-news-of-the-year/

Apparently the new After School member is this electric guitar prodigy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5K7uaVjiwU

They made a good choice with the new After school member, it will give them something to set them apart from other groups. Hopefully they'll use her guitar skills in the next AS album or AS sub group album.

MBC Gayo Daejun is very good.

I liked Narsha's cover of Alanis Morissette's You Oughta Know complete with "would she go down on you in a theater" lyric :lol

Secret covered/danced to a crap Sugababes song. They could have chosen better songs.

I knew absolutely nothing about K-Pop and, after listening to some suggestions in this thread, I have to say that I don't get K-Pop :lol Oh except Bigbang, I really like Lies.
