Astros v Cubs in the World Series would be truly amazing. I say this as a Cardinals fan, I'd prefer those two making it than even the Cards... just as long as the Astros win in the bottom of the 17th of Game 7.

Top six? We've come a long way.

We'll leapfrog Detroit and Boston after we dominate again in 2013.

And a big shout out to Vernon Wells for knocking the Dodgers down to number two!

I am scared of the Astros.

They are definitely doing rebuilding the right way.

Teams like the Royals spend 20 million dollars on Bruce Chen, Jeff Francoeur, Luke Hochevar and Miguel Tejada.

The notion that the Astros are hurting the game because they didn't throw money towards players like those is absolutely ridiculous.

Holy shit... WTF Texas? Just ride with Jurickson instead of payin out the ass for Elvis. Salaries in this league are about to get fucking stupid (moreso)

I am stunned that the Rangers extended Elvis. I thought because of Boras and just I don't know. cJ Wilson and Josh Hamilton are rolling in their graves right now.

Man.. How the he'll are the Rays are so competitive with a payroll that low?

HERE WE GO!! GO ROYALS!

PS my picks:

AL East: Orioles (I'm kind of being funny here, but kind of serious too)
AL Central: Tigers, but the Royals have their first winning season in 10 years and come in 2nd
AL West: A's

NL East: Nats
NL Central: Reds
NL West: Um... Dodgers?

AL WC1 Angels
AL WC2 Royals

NL WC1 Giants
NL WC2 D-Backs

Andrus > Profar, and also Andrus is really good so I like the extension in principle. They can still get a ton of value out of Profar on the trade market, or they can put him at 2B.

Not sure about 10 year contracts though.

Bad Stadium and I don't think their tv contract is the best. Also fat bastard still owns a share of the team so maybe he is trying to prove Jonah Keri wrong.
