ROBOT did a 3 minute intro. And that 3 minute intro made Onimusha 3 a massive cash-sink.

I'm intrigued by your suggestion that Capcom would fare any better with a movie than with their games at making Resident Evil non-retarded. At this point, Capcom doesn't care, and there's no reason for them to.

I think this thread encompasses fallacious prejudice and discretionary disbelief that Biohazard Degeneration is going to suck.
Since its announcement, we have indirect implications about its potential "sucking" such as "AC looks far better than this", "It looks good for a Wii game...", "Robot can do better CG than SPEJ....", etc.....

This is only gonna work well if the story does actually tie into the games(or if not then the films) as if it is a stand alone story whats the point?

Are you serious? It's set a year after RE4 AND there's a clear shot of Leon whose model looks close to his RE4 one. They mention 7 years since Raccoon City, meaning RE1, 2, and 3 are at least involved as a backdrop. There's a good chance Code Veronica will be involved as backstory as well since we know Claire sent a message out to Leon in that game, and this is the first time we've seen them reunited since.Aggelos said:

By the way, anyone heard of the 1/6th scale statue being released next year? They're limited to 1500 pieces each and they cost a lot but they're gonna be pretty cool! I already got one of the old ones, the Marvin Branagh statue so I might pop in some cash for the Wesker, Chris and Nemesis ones.
