The Ubisoft-esque zoom out to the rest of the globe makes me afraid it's going to be another GKH where the online MP is the meat of the game.

Better not be like a, hey build up your mech offline and take it online to defend the city/humanity with other player mechs!

My copy of Odin Sphere remains sealed. I sure have watched a lot of them, however, through friends and housemates.
