This apparently was never connected to the PS Meeting. Gamekult posted a little over a week ago that it was going to be announced today and launched in several European territories with the US and Canada following a week after.

Well, according to french website Gamekult, it was supposed to happen on 23rd August for Europe. I guess they update PSBlog at 6pm ?
Once its on PC it should be relatively easy to get around geoIP lockouts. And the performance should probably be fine if you're connecting in a neighbouring country. The EU should sort this all out with a single digital market, really :/

PS4 remote play has been on there for a while, PSNow hasn't been put on there yet.
I hope so, I want to have some surprise when I watch this event... Speaking of which do we know if it's definitely being live streamed?

That's kinda... lacking. I was hoping for something more robust. Most of those games have "remastered" versions on PS4 (not to mention PC versions!).
I may try the inFamous and Ratchet and Clank games, though.
