Q: When will I have access to the Welcome Back Program?
A: The content offered as part of the Welcome Back Program is available for download today and will be available through July 3.

Q: I have both PS3 and PSP. Does this mean I will get 4 games all together?
A: Yes, as long as you were a PSN member before April 20, 2011, you’ll be able to receive up to 4 games based on the titles listed above; 2 on each platform.

Q: Are there any limitations to the PS3 and PSP games we are receiving as part of the Welcome Back Program?
A: None. These games are yours to keep.

Q: How long do I have to get into the PlayStation Store and receive my content for Welcome Back?
A: Access to the Welcome Back content will be expiring on July 3. Once this date has passed, the Welcome Back section in the PlayStation Store will be removed.

Q: When does the 30 days of my PlayStation Plus access expire?
A: Your PlayStation Plus 30-day access will expire 30 days from the date you activated it in PlayStation Store.

Q: When will (insert game here) be published?
A: Look forward to posts over the coming days that will show what content will be available at that point, or coming soon. We’re planning frequent store publishes offering lots of new content for everyone to enjoy.

Server Load is heavy so if you can't download WAIT, you have 30 days baby.

[EDIT2:] If you have separate regional accounts made BEFORE the outage, they can also be used. So you can effectively download Welcome Back games for numerous accounts.

[EDIT3:] Free Movie Rentals are also offered as part of the program. Will update as they are found.

Sadly enough, I already had everything that was on offer, but I figured I'd grab digital copies of LBP1 and inFamous. Will also use the PS+ to grab Under Siege when the Store DDoSing is over.

So I went to go redeem by free PS3 games, and I got inFamous first and then was going to do the same for LittleBigPlanet. I clicked the "Free PS3 Game #2" icon, selected LittleBigPlanet, and the it gave me an error. I backed out, and the "Free PS3 Game #2" was gone. Checked my download list, and LBP wasn't on there.

What should I do now?

Grabbed every possible game, including all the US and EU Plus content. Smothered in games right now.

Glad I got them early. No errors and they downloaded quickly.

Will grab Echochrome and Hustle Kings when the Japan Store goes back up.

Thank you for this, seriously. Wouldn't let me choose my games, so when I backed all the way out I couldn't see the list anymore. Went to Services list and kept getting an error with no list. Only got to download one single psp game. Got errors left & right. Will have to try later, seems like servers are getting ridiculously slammed.

They've taken the welcome back part down now...I click on it at the storefront and only the PSN Plus icon is there.

Edit: Hmm, I see what may have happened!

Well I figured since you could get both us and eu games I would finally reset my eu password. Except the link they give you to reset the password is under maintenance, just my luck.

So I'm currently downloading Infamous... says it will take 104 minutes (understandably so...the servers are probably getting pounded) but is there a way to pause and do this before I go to sleep? I want to play something online I didn't realize it would take this long but now that I've started it, I don't want to stop it if it will screw it up.

It'll ALWAYS give you that message as long as the server is hammered. But it'd have been added to your account once you press that activate/download button regardless what message you got.

To check whether you have it or not, go to Account Management > Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List

Went with inFamous (Maybe I'll get to finish it this time) and Wipeout.

I didnt bother downloading any PSP games because I no longer have one.

The fact that you can download the games for each of your accounts should be added to the OP. So if you've got both US and EU account, you get the Welcome Back package for both. I have US, UK and EU accounts so I got pretty much everything.

He would probably have to link your account to his PSP before he could play them which would make it impossible for him to play all of the games he's purchased under his PSN account. That's just a guess, though.

Don't bother even trying.

There's SO many errors right now, they're getting hammered. It's best just to wait, unless you have the paintence to re-click through all the errors to get where you need. The only thing that has worked has been the PS Plus, all the free game errors keep timing out and error'ing on me.

Anyways, cool I'm glad that it's up. And yes all the PS Plus offers are up as well, Sonic 2 and Comet Crash are the two free games at the moment.

EDIT: Damn Infamous is SEVEN GBs!

Thanks for that part in the OP. In a mad dash to try to get the store to respond, I made my Free PS3 game 1 disappear.

One thing I love about the PS3 - I already downloaded the WipEout HD demo, I don't have to download the entire game again to unlock it!


Now I just need to choose between Dead Nation and Infamous. Any ideas?

Pushing Circle and X for a couple seconds will get me in any menu, even with all the errors.

He doesn't have a PSN account, so I guess I'll give him my secondary one.

Well then, now the debate is between Dead Nation and Super Stardust HD... Which one is more compatible with single player experience and a few occasional times of local multiplayer?

This is bullshit, the Store was timing out and incredibly laggy, now I just got screwed out of 1 of the PSP games. Apparently it redeemed itself and then only PSP Game 2 was available.

WTF? Thought they'd have their servers under control for this.
