Beast Souls and TLG are enough to warrant the best conference ever, now UC4 isn't in the fumbling mitts of UC3's directors, dat Order needs to show some mind blowing stuff, and Destiny can't bore the audience into a deep dreamy sleep again, The Witness is the prettiest thing since kittens happened.

Not sure. However, I think on Giant Bomb's schedule of events, the have the conference starting at 9:00 (EST) with that night's livestream starting at 10:30. So, according to their schedule, yes, the conference is 1.5 hours.
