Here's the trophy of the Sablé Prince. He transforms into a snake or a frog, and unloads multiple attacks on any opponent he catches. Keep attacking your foes when they're trapped in his dust cloud.

I doubt anyone cares too much about my opinion, but I'd take Ridley (5), Simon Belmont (5) and Roy (2). Ridley and Simon are my most wanted newcomers at this point, so they're locked in easily. The 1 and 2 rows are filled with characters I don't give a shit about with the sole exception of Roy, who is cool because of t3h ph1r3.

Prince Sable is one of those obscure characters that I really wanted to be playable. But I'm happy anyways, didn't expect to get him as an AT at all.

Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru is my favorite Gameboy game ever and Prince Sable was the one character I totally wanted to see in the game but never expected to even get a mention (I mean, he got a sticker in Brawl, but who didn't?), let alone an Assist Trophy.

Sakurai is officially legendary.

Ridley, Mewtwo, Isaac, K Rool,
Wonder Red, Takamaru, and Geno,
Shulk, Skull Kid, Dark Samus,
Balloon Fighter
Sukapon, Mike Jones, and Saki.

Totalling 20+12+9+2+3=46 points. :(

This isn't really one of those trophies though. It's not a 3D model of a retro character, it's an assist trophy. Brawl had tons of trophies like this, there were new 3D reimaginings of characters like Little Mac, the Devil from Devil World, and even the Helirin. It's not something like the Pit trophy in Melee.

Also, do we know if there are version unique ATs yet? Takamaru and Prince would work well as exclusives, both are one shot obscure Japanese characters on console and handheld respectively.
