Damn props to MS. They have bitchslapped Sony last year making an exclusive game with an iconic, exclusive team like insomniac make a game for them, Ted Price stating it's only possible on Xbox One. This year, they announce Tomb Raider, an iconic game that raised to power through Sony, exclusive fall 2015 release.

I would not put it past Square-Enix to announce the deal a day before the conference. Game managers live in their own little universe.

My guess is it's timed. They botched the publisher somehow and listed it as MS. Now they are freaking out a bit because the error forces them to reveal their hand a bit that it's not actually exclusive.

Damage control to keep the timed factor on the DL as much as possible.

Um, yea? When it comes to gaming communities like this Bayo is more beloved than TR. I mean, CoD sells 20 million copies but you don't see people singing it's praises. Bayo going Nintendo only was a much bigger deal since Bayo is huge in the gaming community.

How many times does this need to be explained? No, they arent.

Bloodborne is a new IP which wouldnt have been made had it not been for Sony approaching From for Next Gen. Bloodborne is like Scalebound.

TR is an established multiplat IP that would have been made and released for all platforms. MS bought exclusivity.

I have no problem with Bayonetta 2 (since I HATED the first game) since the game is being completely funded by Nintendo and wouldn't exist otherwise.

Not really, Demon's Souls was a ps exclusive, then dark souls 1 and 2 came and bloodborne is the same partnership as Demon's Souls. I'm sure Dark souls 3 will end up coming

It appears not, Geoff said it was an error on the Xbox site, most likely someone copying and pasting too fast or something. Even so it looks like MS didn't think this one out.

I think that "not publishing Dark Soul 3 at least for a while" is part of the Bloodborne deal.
