There isn't one in Disney Infinity 2 either though,
hasn't been one announced based on original Disney characters at all for that matter(yet).
character wise there is at least one original Disney female(based on tweets potentially a "princess") that isn't announced. All of the DI2.0 playsets have been revealed, they're only the 3 Marvel this time. Nothing else coming.

supposedly another Marvel character is rumored as well.

Last night I was told all the characters have been revealed already except for the final Marvel character, but I'll ask about the other princess.
If you sell 50 Elsas and 45 Annas, that's still a lot of Annas. Is Anna really selling that well? Everytime I glance a DI isle, the Elsas are sold out & there's 4 or 5 Annas. I had gotten the impression no one wanted the "inferior" powerless sister over the one that did have superpowers (& the better song).

Why does the sorcerer Mickey figure look like he wants to punch you in the face? I mean is it necessary every character be loaded with "attitude"?
It is time, the girl hero we deserve and need right now.
Gamora does, sorta.but black widow doesn't have any powers.
We have at least;Yes a million times.
Gamora does, sorta.
Still, expect the Rocket Raccoon figures to sell like crazy.
If Rocket wasn't compatible with the Avengers play set, I'd agree with you.I'm expecting Groot to be the best selling out of the Guardians.
Venom sucks, Carnage all the way!Kids have terrible taste.
I still thought we were in the era where boys are like: "Girls!? Eww, cooties, gross!", and afraid of getting near anything "girly". The thing started by Barbie and macho insecurity. Hell I never picked girl characters in fighting games (yep, I missed on all that Chun-Li and Mai Shiranui goodness because they were females) when I was a kid, LOL.

Source on this gif? Everyone looks so excited.

How is Venom still popular? I've pretty much followed everything Spider-Man for the last 7 years and I don't get that.
Sucks that Anna and Elsa are so nice as figures but can barely be used in the game.
2.0 introduces Jasmine..Tinkerbell..Merida..which all look awesome, but nearly useless since they're Toy Box only.
Oh well..will buy anyway. ;p

Game should launch with 1 extra playset themed to Toy Story that makes every character playable(since all the characters in Infinity are supposed to be the figures)It wouldn't even make sense really because how would a character like Elsa or Aladdin even work in something like the Cars playsets?
who would've thought people would rather play characters that are fun instead of characters that are the same sex as them
Bob Iger must be really pleased with the above results; Disney's Interactive Segment was always a loss leader in Disney's quarterly report until Disney Infinity.
Not surprised that the Frozen girls are among the top sellers, every girl 3 to 16 seems to be obssesed with that movie.
Imagination is key, but a problem many parents also faced was that there were not "targets" per se. Then coming from Skylanders were you can swap any figure at any time, but " no you can't use Mickey...nope, can't use Woody here" it was a relatively harder concept to grasp.I disagree with this, kids play has a lot yo do with imagination and I think the toy box provides that better then any of the playsets. My daughter generally doesn't like the playset levels but adores the toybox because her and I can pretty much do anything we want to.
We had to skip Disney land this year due to financials but we created our own in Disney Infintys toybox and had a blast.
