Why does he wear the mask!?
It's physically painful. I'm serious. I actually wince.

I wonder how long this thread can go without someone bringing him up
Who? EightbitNate?
EightBitNate?
AyyyyyyyyMy little sister can't be this cute?
Green lines are affection.
Since a couple years ago.
We always used to be quite mean and sarcastic to each other, growing up. I liked it better that way. Now every conversation feels like a scene from a movie and I don't know how to handle it or whether this is normal behaviour.
Every thread that involves the word "sister" someone ends up bringing up his thread from early in the year.
ftfy
OP, maybe you could just send her one of those cute images if it hurts to actually type it out or say it.
Just google image "Brother sister love"...and probably turn on Safe Search before doing so.
Honestly, "sister" doesn't make me think of him as much.
What makes me think of him is"headphones"
Oops.
Mea culpa.
Jug hug her and tell her that it isn't her fault.
I gladly send pictures of puppies but that's as far as I can go.
It's that time of year again.
Just ignore her completely or give her very curt replies. My sister now knows not to talk to me if she wants some conversation, which is a big relief.
Yeah ... don't listen to this guy.
She wants the dare you guys thinking what i'm thinking
I'm all for being 'there for each other' when somebody dies or we have Christmas or something but getting an 'I REALLY DO LOVE YOU' every day just seems a little much.
Decaffeinated..
Jug hug her and tell her that it isn't her fault.
I avoid starting conversations with her. If I say something funny she'll go on about how oh you're such a comedian I've always loved this about you bla bla bla. I'm starting to see the value of keeping emotions bottled up inside.
I'm happy to have a conversation with her, it's just that all the emotion and affection and expression of our love gets in the way of it.

I thought she was annoying as a child but I love talking to my sister as an adult. You don't have an annoying sister, do you?
Also, just read the title as:
My sister keeps fising for affectiont
That gave this thread a much different view...

Do you have displays of affection with anyone?
Get a room already!I'm happy to have a conversation with her, it's just that all the emotion and affection and expression of our love gets in the way of it.
Not really. I know I'm unfunny and video games ARE dumb.Would you have a different opinion if she kept telling you you weren't funny and that you video games are dumb?
I sometimes see it as phishing

Not really, no. I prefer to feel it bubbling under the surface of a regular conversation.
