Isn't that because Amazon temporarily holds it in the cart and gives you a few minutes to secure it before allowing someone else a chance? Or is that for lightning deals only?
I'm an NBer still in NB, but I did extend the offer to GodDuckman first, so we'll see how that goes. If it's not gonna work out I'll def drop you a note (and I'll let you know either way so you can pursue other leads).
Alternatively, I could look at trading some of the other Wave 3 exclusives assuming I could import a replacement (I want a sealed NA of each for the collection but I'm also getting one to use and I don't care what package that comes in).
Edit: I have to be honest, seeing all the potential trade avenues just makes me want to order 'extras' of any of the rare ones whenever I have a chance to do so, so I have trade options, but that just makes me feel like a diet scalper...

The orders will reflect the lower prices in a few days or so. It takes a little while.
I ponly saw Ness and Lucina at the reduced price (£10.86), but I would think they'll all be at that price eventually

My store must've got a shipment tonight because I walked by electronics and we had 4 Toon Link and a couple bowser after being sold out a couple days ago. That's one more to cross off the list.
I only saw (and screenshot) Ness + Lucina at a lower price. The rest of the wave was still £13.56?
Yeah, I hope the others get reduced in price too

Do you save on shipping by preordering in the same cart, or is it smart enough to just send them together and save shipping?
That's how I lost Robin and Lucina. Had them in the cart together while I was waiting for the pacman to say preorder available. I couldn't get the preorders to all come up at once...
Ah, well. 3/6 down for now.

Why is there a Canadian amiibo thread? An official one at that(unless op just decided to make it official without a mods permission) it's pretty redundant. No need for multiple threads discussing the same thing

I don't think that anyone knows for certain. I have a friend that's the lead in the games department at BB, and he told me they were expecting to receive them this week, but he wasn't sure about the day. He's going to let me know as soon as they arrive, and I'll be sure to let everyone know if he says anything. I'm located in the US (PA).

People in the Canadian Gaming Deals Thread got upset because they aren't able to ignore posts and used the many posts for Rosalina going up on FS and BB as a catalyst to boot us out.
I do not post in that thread or care for it. Every country and region doesn't need its own Amiibo thread. I hope it just dies.

As a Canadian I must say that this is not true in practice. Canadian posts went largely ignored here, and most of the discussion here was irrelevant because the release schedule for the two countries is different. The Canadian Amiibo thread is very much welcomed and useful.
Looks like I missed the UK order window. Now we wait for other countries (France, etc)

They received all of Wave 3 yesterday in my town, including Rosalina. They are the first retailer to carry her in store. Lucario also arrived but won't be sold until Friday February 6th, they open at 9am on Fridays (at least my location does). Call in advance and make sure they are implementing a 1 per customer rule. They are at my store. If your store didn't get Wave 3 yesterday it may show up anytime today or this week. Keep checking!

Their Wave 3 shipment, including Meta Knight, is supposed to arrive today. They did preorders in store, so if there are extras they will be sold on a first come first serve basis. I am not sure if all Future Shop stores did preorders. Meta Knight being in store today means my Future Shop Online order should ship any moment. It does seem like there is confusion as to when they can sell Wave 3. So don't be surprised if they won't sell them yet.

This is one of the single fastest moving threads on GAF. When a thread generates so much discussion that it's unwieldy then it makes sense to break it into separate threads. This is why community threads suck, only the few most active posters constantly checking it will get anything out of it. If you are in the US like me, Canadian discussion is irrelevant and clogs the thread. Just get a thread hide extension if you hate having multiples.

The only frustrating thing is seeing Canadians post Wave 3 amiibo and what store is selling them without saying they are canadian and not in the US.
