We've obtained the criminal complaint against Taylor ... and it says police recovered a 4 GB thumb drive and his employer, the Jared Foundation, was listed in a file name. Inside that file was a folder labeled, "Good stuff." Cops found a bunch of child pornography in that folder.

Since Taylor mixed work files with child porn ... it could explain why the FBI is searching Fogle's home. Jared himself, is not mentioned in the docs police found at Taylor's home office.

The thing is, no one threw him under any bus. They're just reporting facts. The authorities are conducting a matter of fact investigation.

It's people who are jumping to conclusions as evidenced by this thread, even on this very page lol.

That does seem to be the case, but a police press conference clarifying that they are in no way accusing or indicting him of anything, and that this is entirely an issue of them being thorough in an existing investigation of that other dude would probably go a long way.

Assuming, of course, that is the case. Obviously if they do have reason to suspect Jared was involved that changes things.

I've seen at least two local news stations sensationalize their headlines as merely "Subway spokesman Jared Fogle's home raided as part of child pornography investigation" with a big picture of him, and clarification only in the article. Then tons of Facebook judges pronouncing him guilty in the comments.

i would like to say the Paedofinder General has lost but lets be honest.. the General never loses. Even if when all this is done the cops do a press release saying that Jared was never personally involved with child porn whatsoever the damage is already done.
