Skyward Sword was a control scheme nightmare. Miyamotos botched E3 stage demonstration of the game wasn't too far off from how it felt at times lol
I first started playing Skyward Sword downstairs on my couch and I had zero problem with the game, I then continued playing it in my older brother's room with the TV in front of the bed, so I was sitting closer to it and I still had no trouble with it.
The only trouble I had with motion was at the beginning when I was going through a learning curve and when I got the bow but that was only because I was using it wrong.
They'd have to redesign it obviously. It probably won't even be remade at all if it's not worth the cost. But that just goes back to what I said about being happy that everything about that game is being forgotten. Except like Skyloft as a location I guess.
Skywards sword would need an overhaul to get the control to work, they would be better off focusing on making new Zelda game than remaking it.
Yeah, I respect they did that but still, it's baffling that games like Animal Crossing that are right around the corner - and all they have to rely on as a big holiday game - are getting little marketing compared to previous years.
I agree and I think they did plan to promote it by having more direct but Iwata's death happened leaving Nintendo with footage that was basically unusable.
So instead of recording new footage, they resorted to using their other social media page to promote their holiday line up until enough time has passed that they can restart Nintendo direct with a new face.
Hmmm... haven't seen any wishlists that are too silly, so let me remedy that
- Rosalina promoted to playable in smash bros along with new additions/other characters promoted
- Mario Tennis will have free content downloads including new courts and characters... one of which is Rosalina
- why all this Rosalina? To celebrate the announcement of a brand new Rosalinaware for Wii-U of course!
Fixed it for ya. ;p
Seriously. It's already gonna be in English...no reason not to bring it over.
I dunno can you guys in the US handle the superior European spelling of Colour? ;p
Crazy thing is, AFAIK they do two full English localizations for every Nintendo game. That still baffles me.
I like it that they do that, I am not American so I don't need American texts in my game.
It was one of the things that I requested a lot when doing the club Nintendo survey.
Set your expectations really low. Nintendo are in a transition period where all their major resources are to the NX.
Expect spin off games and HD remakes. And more information on currently announced games.
There are games that they can help localizes without it taking resources away from the NX.
