Decided to set up a US account and nab a few games, including Rocket League.

Now, will I be able to play online with my UK account with games bought from a US account or not?

yes, as long as you activate that US account on your ps4 as your primary account, you can activate as many different accounts as primary on your ps4 so that wont interfere with your UK account

Mine says that too (I'm in the US store) but I think it's because I only own the core game.
To be able to buy the upgrade version you need to own the 2 previous expantions

Picked up Wolfenstein TNO(51.85 GB) and then had to begrudgingly make over 100 gigs of space just for it to start downloading. I was not impressed since I thought it was a PS3 thing needing twice the space.

I plan on getting TNO, Old Blood, witcher 3 ( i got it and didnt like it so i sold it, i guess ill give it a second chance) and transformers devastation, thinking if getting the order or 3 months plus to play rocket league mmm

Apparently you always have to have 50gb of free space to download anything.
That's why I'm still hesitating on Wolfenstein. Especially since I'm getting Witcher 3 already.

My brother just got it (and DmC) from the European psn store for sale. What gives USA?!

Edit: I used the 10% discount code and brought it down 3$. Lol, better than nothing I suppose.

Edit 2: Wolfenstein the Old Blood for 6$ nice! Is J-Stars Victory worth 18$?

Read elsewhere (or maybe earlier in this thread? who knows?) that while ccs are having issues, wallet balance isn't... so you could, if you wanted, buy psn credit on amz, then add that to wallet, and buy. ymmv obviously, and i haven't verified, it's just what I read. I'm still waffling on what to buy with my 10% off. That 10% coupon is causing me stress, which is absolutely silly.

I was having the same issue-so I bought a $50 credit off Amazon, applied the code, and checked out using that (I luckily was buying $48 worth of games). The credit card check might be what's tripping up the network.

I also checked out using Safari instead of Chrome on my Mac. Hope that helps!

For people having problems, try using the store from your phone (go via the browser or PSN app).

I tried for like half an hour on my PC and couldn't add funds because of some "maintenance" error message. Then tried from my phone and could add funds and buy the games in my first try

Yes.

The game will, of course, be linked to your EU account. But you should have no problem playing it with your US account.

You have to download it while signed in with the EU account, then you can log in to your U.S. acc and play it.
That's how it worked on PS3. :p

Thanks guys, but buying credit for Amazon it's impossible for me, as the US Cards (10, 20, 50$) doesn't work in Mexico :( I would need to buy cards in Mexico and they're way too expensive.

I tried using other browser and got even more errors. I guess i will wait until it's sorted out u,u

I was getting Contra: Shattered Soldier as well, but the website was having problems. I went on my PS4 instead. Good thing I had that 20% discount code.

Also, I'm starting Witcher 3 next week, and I was wondering how substantial and good the expansion is? I'm trying to decide whether to pick it up now, pick the season pass, or wait on both until I'm done with the base game.

Please advise!

Not On Sale but 20% code in use and I was planning to buy it anyway:

I had to do it on the PS4 itself since online Playstation Store would take my discount code.

I had issues paying as well (using website, not PS4)

Try with existing card I normally used (wells fargo): failed.
Add paypal account: success
Try with paypal: failed
Remove paypal, add back paypal: success
Try with paypal: failed
Remove card, try again with paypal: failed.
Go to Amazon, buy $100 PSN card using wells fargo card, code appears in checkout page 3 seconds later.
Enter code into PSN: success (but blank screen)
Reload PSN store: shows credit, checkout success (but blank screen)
Reload PSN store: request download to PS4
Go to PS4, games downloading.

Mind you, I'm using an australian IP address and US store and US card. But the error messages and general flakiness were distinctly unhelpful of that was the problem.

Man I'm so tempted to get The Witcher, but I'm not sure I want to spend so much time on an open world game again after coming so fresh from finishing MGSV.

Is it worth it? It really fun for someone who isn't crazy about open world games?

Went for Neptunia U (Vita), J-Star Versus (PS4) and Transformers Devastation (PS4).

Came up to about $49.05 after 10% discount was applied.

Not too bad.

Witcher world is so alive compared to the barren lifeless world of mgs5, you'll love this game, believe me

Thanks, I did something similar to you and it worked:

- Went to PS Store on PS4 and added funds through my credit card.
- Opened Webstore and purchased games using wallet funds

For some reason the Webstore was having trouble charging my card, so I just added the funds necessary via PS4.
