Seriously, Twitch is stuck in a bad situation where they do not want to discourage women from streaming in any way, but the streamers are aware of how easy it is to grab attention from the younger twitch crowd with how they frame their shots.
But this is less shaming the streamers, and more shaming Twitch for essentially capitalizing on it.
I don't think he's asking for the streamers to go away or stop doing what they're doing, but that Twitch shouldn't be actively trying to capitalize on it.
If I don't watch any content involving any of these streamers, and all of a sudden Twitch starts recommending nothing but them to it, and it all happens to be the same kind of high cam body shot female streamers, that seems opportunistic and sort of sick on Twitch's part.
There was a shaming thread a few weeks ago that was pretty ill advised. This is an equally poor decision. I'd prefer not to shame anyone who partakes in my hobby.
