In terms of character models, I think this game has a big lead over other open world games. Witcher 3 was pretty good in terms of consistency, but this is just stronger in this regard. These NPCs look good!

About the pupils, I haven't had the opportunity to test it during my last night session, because the only moment where I was in the dark, for one reason the photomode wasn't available because indoor context.

My test was only based outdoor, directly facing the lighting, and turning back to it, and I notice no change in the pupils for the moment.
The real test will be indoor versus outdoor.
