This game is visually fucking insane. It's not even just that it looks gorgeous but the amount of stuff it puts on screen puts other games to shame.

I just had a ridiculous fight outside of Cauldron Zeta. 2 behemoths, 2 long legs, 3 stalkers, 2 shell-wakers and a whole bunch of watchers.

Actually fucking nuts that it doesn't cripple the framerate and I'm just doing all sorts of crazy intense stuff while fighting them.

Holy shit. This game.

Yeah, I don't know how they do it. Some of the battles you can get especially with a machine companion dishing out damage along with you gets fucking crazy, but the frame rate doesn't suffer.

Got all collectibles, all Cauldrons done, all Corropted Zones and all Bandit camps completed. Just need to get on the the main story. Once I've done all my side missions that is haha.

About 40 or so hours in and level 46. Unlocked all left hand side upgrades and think I only have 3 more upgrades to complete the whole tree.

And got some cracking photos along the way.

I know right! I was fighting 3 ravagers and 2 red eyes, kite them far enough into rockbreaker territory, then I kite those rockbreaker into a group of snapmaw and somehow I aggro a Stormbird and not once did the frame rate buckle it was all smooth dodging and firing off arrows.

Really? I like almost all of them. The only one I'm not keen on is the one with the exposed midriff. I would have liked it if the Shield Weaver Armour actually looked more futuristic when you were wearing it, but that's a minor gripe.

Do you just want to see her ass?

I actually love the fact that the skirt is a big part of her costume design, but most of them are weirdly shaped or colored and her torso always ends up being too bulky.

This is my favorite one so far. It's got virtually no benefits, and I kinda feel bad dragging Aloy through the elements without anything on her arms. But aside from that, the visual weight and colors are very well done - blue looks nice in all of the environments - and I don't mind the headdress. Of the outfits I've seen for sale, it's the least ridiculous one to me.

If I had my way though, I'd wear the one on the rack here.

I like when they blend authentic tribal garb with synthetic armor plating.

The movement and fluidity and even ranged combat in Nioh feels like 10 times better. But maybe i can 'adjust' to it. Its not like i dont want to like the game. I am just not feeling it and its not gelling after almost 5hrs in.

Aloy is a dream to control and combat is just awesome .

Archers and hoods are like peanut butter and jelly.

But I like Aloy's hair. They just need to recognize that since it already represents the bulk of the weight on the top of her outfit, they need to balance it out by putting most of the weight on the skirt and boots. The Oseram stuff for example looks way off balance.

That's the one I use most, but not even because of the exposed midriff, I just like the design of the Carja armor. It's really regal and unique looking.

Anyone know why I can't equip a bunch of very rare corruption coils to any weapons? I just killed a high level Thunderjaw and it dropped 3 purples, all dealing a % of corruption damage, but it won't let me use any of em.

You can only put it on the weapon that has corruption if i remember right .

You can only put it on the weapon that has corruption if i remember right .

The outfits are really nice, you can make out how the tribes have used robotic parts and salvage combined with traditional tribal design to create the armors. Huge props in my book, though I wouldn't mind a headdress toggle.

Yeah I've been using purples for ages now BUT after reading this, I just noticed the corruption effect on the war ones. I've been sticking with the hunter and sharpshot bows. I get it now. Crazy, all this time and there's still little things I don't know about yet.

Even more funny: the set 1 metal flowers have very basic haikus with a few lines, finding their legs sort to speak, while the set 3 flowers are very elaborate and lyrical.

This never happened to me in the game and I only saw one of those shaman guys(white one instead) in a very different place.

They start to show up around the Meridian part of the map quite a bit (north and south), usually in dense woods.

They are all around Meridian and there are even some hunting grounds quest about them.

I've not done any hunting quests yet.

It's weird though, the forests around Meridian have been my go to area for hunting animals since i first went there. I'll have to have a proper look there when i'm next on.
