Dress Up Simulator I mean Resonance of Fate needs a PC port badly. The game does seem like it might be an odd game since they were thanking Bink Video cause it allowed them to have 3 characters. Makes me wonder what fuckery besides cutscenes bink has to do that affected the performance and also wondering if the animations of the game and the physics will break with going 60fps.
Gonna pay more to buy Dragon Quest Heroes II on STEAM directly. I want to make sure I can bail out of this Koei Tecmo port if it's bad. The Berserk game was alright, but it was too demanding for what it looked like. The game itself was just below mediocre. This, on the other hand, looks to be like a lot more fun.

I agree it does. I do wonder if the ASKA Engine is flexible enough to handle the game at 60fps without things breaking.

I think I'm there. Is it the Nest of Eagles? Because fuck it's hard. You have 2 bosses + you get swamped by reinforcements. I haven't even gotten close yet.
The good news is I finally beat Ancient Dragon after like 20+ tries. Very satisfying. Honestly this game feels very luck-based... sometimes the Dragon would one-shot 3 of my unions with its AoE, and other times it would barely do any damage.

Just started Nier Automata after putting Bloodborne on hold for the 2nd time.

Nah, Yakuza will come to PC eventually in my opinion, it would definitely do Bayonetta numbers on Steam. #NeverBeGameOver

I did the same thing; I would rather spend full price and not have to worry it. I've heard this one is better than the original and more of an ARPG which sounds good to me.
What Remains of Edith Finch is launching in about an hour, really looking forward to checking it out at least a bit tonight. With everything else out this year I'm totally fine with a short 2-3 hour game if it's well made e.g. Inside or SUPERHOT and reviews look promising, although I've stopped reading them as they dive further into the story than I want to know. Every screenshot I've seen looks gorgeous, can't wait to see it running.
I suppose this is the best place to ask this. Me and a buddy have done the Steam Share thing in the past but through reformats/etc neither of us are showing up on each other's libraries. Under settings its showing each other's accounts as still authorized. Is there any way to get the games showing up again or do we need to log into Steam on each other's PCs again?

I think you'll need to log in again, you need to have both the account and the computer they're using authorized.
Yeah you need to log in again and authorize the PCs, in addition to your accounts.

Someone come play Outlast 2 for me, want to be disturbed but not deal with being chased :3
Reminded of how bad I thought Resident Evil 7 was. Completely abandons all interesting aspects of the Baker family or the tension of being chased 2 hours in to become one of the most repetitive and mediocre AAA shooters of all time. Still don't understand why so many were won over. Revelations was a better horror game and it wasn't very good at all.

Finally got around to try out Skyforge. First impression isn't half bad, game characters look nice enough and the gameplay feels OK. I did chuckle when I saw what a paladin looks like in the class select chamber

Game might be a bit too action for me though, I prefer my MMOs more in the WoW style. Speaking of, I should reinstall FF14.

I played Skyforge back in the open beta and I immensely enjoyed it. The game is indeed very action-oriented with some combo combinations and whatnot. Too bad there were no controller support back then. Not sure why I dropped it back then, probably because of the class-unlock grinding.
Steam Direct hasn't been implemented yet. That should happen within the next couple of months, Valve Time permitting.

As long as we're talking SEGA PC ports we want, is there any use in me having the slighest glimmer of hope and desire for a port of 7th Dragon III? I REALLY like 7th Dragon games and III on the 3DS has some framerate issues.

Edith Finch is only 20? May have to bite. I'll hold off on Outlast 2 for a sale, I got tired of Outlast pretty quick and it sounds like Outlast 2 might have those same things that make the game drag.

Commandos was the first series where I bought the whole thing on Steam. My game number was in double digits then. I felt so luxurious, or something.
I played a couple hours of the first one. I was still at the comprehension level where it felt like a puzzle game, because apparently it's not nearly as restrictive as I felt it was.
Star with the first. 2 and the expansion Beyond the Call of Duty, add improvements and get bigger in size. 3 is there to be played if you want more maps to play, even if it's not as challenging as 2.

What's the 1080Ti to get? Was going to wait until next year but I will be getting my tax return soon and I like 4K lol.
I've sent an e-mail to Giant Sparrow about this. You can set a higher resolution in GameUserSettings.ini and it's reflected in the options menu, but the internal rendering resolution seems to be unaffected.
The Gigabyte Aorus, ASUS STRIX, MSI Gaming X or EVGA FTW3.
Try TunnelBear or FlyVPN.
I can't say for sure, but I doubt it.

Yup, Nest of Eagles is the big test.
For large enemies: if you go up against them with 5 person unions and they aoe, then you're fucked. AOE attacks like breath weapons do <skill damage> x <members hit> to the union. So either split your members up into smaller unions, or keep a single union out of combat (only use long range attacks and don't close) to avoid being breathed and act as a healer.
Sometimes I wonder what some developers are thinking.

Not Re-releasing back catalog on modern platforms is something you can say about any (Japanese) dev.

What's the deal with Humble Bundle store's proceeds options? According to the help modal 5% goes to either a charity or your wallet, yet there seem to be two 5% items in the list (given the 'another' language). It's unclear if selecting 'Charity' means it goes toward my nominated not-for-profit or whether Humble distributes it themselves apart from the one I selected.

I'm amazed at how many of these I can still remember. What a fun game. I loved the sequel too.

In my brief Googling I could not find a Lost Kingdoms monster demonstration video anywhere. It would be nice if somebody made those memories easily accessible to everybody. I'd be very happy if you gave it a shot when you have time.
It wont be the prettiest thing but I'll show them up. Some are elemental so they need the right element to cause damage plus buffs and de-buffs on VS mode wont be visible since Im recording solo. Still for the sake of watching them it should be done.
EDIT: Putting together all the videos on Windows Movie maker. The video will be 17:57 mins long. I could have edited the video better if I had the tools I had in college instead of Movie Maker but I hope the result doesnt end fucked up.
Lost Kingdoms 2 card showcase might be easier to record since Im not limited to random encounters and I can just show them off without enemies in a normal stage and I can probably use cheats for infinite health to not die while showcasing them.
